WILL I LEARN HOW TO MAKE SOMEONE "GRAY"?
While our mentorship program does teach you gray blending on clients that are up to 75% gray, our program will NOT teach you how to do "Jack Martin transformations."
HOW DO I KNOW THIS WORKS?
Our Seamless Grow Out® methodology has been tested on hundreds of clients for the last 3+ years. After seeing the progression of our stylists grow outs, as well as other stylists who have learned our method, we confidently stand behind the results it provides!
WHAT IF WE USE DIFFERENT COLOR LINES?
While we prefer Schwarzkopf + Redken Shades EQ, we will do our best to collaborate and convert our formulas to your color line.
WHY DOES IT TAKE 3 MONTHS?
Our decision to create a 3 month mentorship was done with three things in mind:
1. Bridge a gap in the market that often leaves stylists on their own after taking a class
2. Length of time needed between appointments for hair to grow + assess a grow out
3. Acknowledging that sometimes gray can be resistant and it take more than one appointment to find what works
WHAT IF MY CLIENTS LIKE A ROOT COLOR?
While our salon does not offer root colors or full gray coverage, it is possible to utilize our techniques on your root color clients to create a lower maintenance option with your highlights.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 3 MONTHS?
After your 3 month initial mentorship, you will have the option to purchase an additional 3 months of ongoing support for $499. This is perfect for stylists that still feel the need for one on one coaching or would like to extend our help to troubleshoot more grow outs.
